Remembering Who We Are
This past Sunday, Pastor John discussed the identity of our church; what God has done and what God is calling us to do this next year. If you missed hearing this message make sure you catch it by listening to it online on our website.
Parenting Boys Workshop
Dan Busch will be leading a three-part parenting workshop entitled "What Makes Boys Unique". The workshop will take place at Newberg Foursquare every Thursday evening in February. The first class will be from 7-8:30pm. The workshop is FREE and childcare is provided. To register or for more information email Dan Busch.
Childcare Volunteers Needed for Parenting Boys Class
We are looking for childcare volunteers for a Parenting Boys class that will take place every Thursday evening in the month of February. If you are interested, please email Kim Lopez.
Generation Now: Youth Group Changes
Middle school group will continue to meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm at the church. High school group is now meeting Sunday evenings, from 5:30-7:30 at the Young Life building. High school D-groups are now meeting on Wednesday evenings, from 6:30-8:30pm. For more information email Youth Pastor Brian.
Life Transformation Groups
We are kicking off life transformation groups (LTG)! Groups are made up of three individuals (same gender) that meet weekly to read scripture and hold each other accountable. To register go to the LTG table located in the lobby and fill out a red form. If you have any questions email the church office.
High School Retreat: February 3-5
If you are a high school student and would like to get away for a weekend to grow deeper in Christ, get to know other high schoolers and have a super fun time at the beach, sign up for the retreat! Cost $59, meals included. We will be going to Twin Rocks Friends Camp at Rockaway Beach. For more information or to sign up, email Youth Pastor Brian.
Women's Retreat
Ladies, mark your calendars for May 18-20th! Women's retreat will be at Washington Family Ranch. Cost is $125. More information and registration to come. For more information email Teri Zahn or call her at 503-781-7042.
