 SPOTLIGHT
Feed the Need Community Food Drive: THIS Saturday and Sunday, October 16th-17th
Stock up now on canned goods and non-perishable food items to donate to the Feed the Need Community Food Drive. If you would like to participate in helping with the food drive, plan to meet at the Newberg Armory at 9:00am on Saturday, October 16th to distribute door hangers or meet Sunday, October 17th at 10:30am to help with collecting the food.
Marriage and Parenting Seminar: October 22nd-23rd
Northside Community Church is hosting a free Marriage & Parenting Seminar with Dr. Steve Stephens. The sessions are on October 22nd at 6:30pm (20 Rules and Tools for a Great Marriage) and October 23rd at 9:30am (20 Rules and Tools for a Great Family). Fusion Sunday: Sunday, October 24th
This is a chance to connect college students with families and have fun. The meet-and-greet event will take place October 24th - families and their students will get together for a meal or afternoon activity. If you would like to participate please fill out a form on Sunday and turn it into the Info Counter. For more information please contact Pastor Katie.
Lobby Expansion: October 25th-30th
We are in the process of expanding our lobby/entry area to create more space for better connections. This project includes reconfiguring the nursery and cafe areas. If you have skils in construction, electrical, plumbing, drywall or carpet installation (we are looking for inexpensive or donated carpet) and are interested in helping with the project, please contact Jeremy Sommerville at 503-519-7503. Generation Now Dance Party: October 27th @ 6:30pm
Catch a ride in DOC'S DELOREAN and travel back to the 80's with us for a dance party! Grab your friends and get FOOTLOOSE. There will be food, prizes and KOOL CELEBRATION. It's gonna be a THRILLER! Contact Pastor Darrin for details.
Halloween Connection: October 31st
To further build and facilitate the extension of God's grace through our relationships we are encouraging everyone to connect with friends and neighbors by being present at your home as trick-or-treaters come to your door on Halloween. Please pick up a brochure on Sunday for ideas.
