The Current Focus of Mission 418
As we move forward and partner with the mission of Jesus defined in Luke 4:18, the Lord has opened two opportunities to us that we are currently embracing. Through relationships made possible by Medical Teams International, we are at the beginning stages of partnerships with churches and projects in both Uganda and Guatemala. Family Movie Night - THIS Friday, October 22nd at 7:00 pm
Come join the families of the church to watch How to Train Your Dragon. Bring your family and a favorite snack to share (drinks are provided). The fun starts at 7:00 pm and goes until 9:00 pm.
Marriage and Parenting Seminar: THIS Friday & Saturday, October 22nd-23rd
Northside Community Church is hosting a free Marriage & Parenting Seminar with Dr. Steve Stephens. The sessions are on October 22nd at 6:30pm (20 Rules and Tools for a Great Marriage) and October 23rd at 9:30am (20 Rules and Tools for a Great Family). Fusion Sunday: THIS Sunday, October 24th
This is a chance to connect college students with families and have fun. The meet-and-greet event will take place THIS Sunday - families and their students will get together for a meal or afternoon activity. Halloween Connection: October 31st
To further build and facilitate the extension of God's grace through our relationships we are encouraging everyone to connect with friends and neighbors by being present at your home as trick-or-treaters come to your door on Halloween. Please pick up a brochure at the info counter on Sunday for ideas or check out the website.
