 SPOTLIGHT
Sunday Morning Seating
As you may have noticed we have had a good number of people attending both services on Sunday morning. There are a couple of ways that we would ask you to help us out. First, when finding a seat please try to not leave a seat between you and another person. This will help the ushers be able to see where the available seats are. Second, if you could fill in the middle sections first (this is why we have ropes up on the sides at the beginning of service). Thanks so much for your help.
Uganda Team Leaves: THIS Wedenesday
The Uganda team leaves this Wednesday and will be gone for 2 weeks. Please being praying for their protection and for God to show up in mighty ways on their trip!
Mission 418 Prayer Meeting: Wednesday, March 9th @ 7:00pm
We will be coming together to pray for Uganda and the team that will be serving in Uganda. The team leaves Wednesday March 2nd and will return March 14th. Don't forget to keep them in your prayers!
PDX Area Youth Worship Night: March 9th @ 5:30pm
On March 9th we will be heading to Evergreen Christian Center in Hillsboro for a divisional wide youth worship night. Please note: This event will extend the hours of our normal Wednesday night gathering. We will be leaving the church at 5:30pm and returning around 9:30pm. Snack type foods will be provided and the cost is free. All you have to do is sign up with Darrin and fill out a parent release form. Space is limited so email Pastor Darrin.
Appreciation Tee Shirts
The shirts are in! So if you served in any capacity at NFC and ordered an appreciate shirt, please stop by the table in the lobby to pick up your shirts this Sunday. If you didn’t order one, and meant to, please contact the church office during the week to see if any are available.
Camp Dollar Day! - Sunday, March 13th
We will be having a special offering March 13th to raise funds for Camp Crestview! We are asking everyone to bring a dollar to donate to support the ministry that Crestview does.
Kids VBS - Help Wanted
We are partnering with Newberg Friends again this year for kids VBS (June 20-24th 9-11:30am) and we need help! Volunteer opportunities include: sound tech, decorating, registration, Spanish interpretor, worship team, “Life Guards” and “Jr. Life Guards”, Bible Study helpers, Crafts Team, Photographer, Recreation Team, Snacks, and Nursery Volunteers. If you would like to help or would like more information please email Teacher Kim.
